These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the ari88 platform. By registering an account or placing any wager on ari88, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions set out in this document.

You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to open an account and place wagers on ari88. Registration by persons under 21 is strictly prohibited and any such account will be closed immediately upon discovery.
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one ari88 account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed, and any balances in the secondary account may be forfeited. Identity verification (KYC) is required before the first withdrawal is processed.

2.4 Employees, directors, officers, and contractors of ari88, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to hold a Player account or participate in any promotional offers.
Age verification is enforced at the withdrawal stage. ari88 reserves the right to request proof of age at any point during a Player's membership. Players who cannot confirm they are 21 or older will have their accounts closed.
3.1 To access the real-money features of the Platform, you must complete the account registration process and provide accurate, truthful, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and a nominated bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name.
3.2 You are permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of balances, and a permanent ban from the Platform.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. ari88 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to protect your credentials.
3.4 You must notify ari88 immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
3.5 All information provided during registration must relate to yourself. Registering under another person's name, or on behalf of another person, is strictly prohibited.
4.1 ari88 is committed to operating a secure and fraud-free platform. Before processing any withdrawal request, and at any point at the Company's discretion, we may require you to complete an identity verification (KYC) check.

5.1 All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to another person — are prohibited and will result in the return of funds and Account review.

5.5 In the event that a deposit is credited in error (e.g., due to a system fault), you are obligated to notify ari88 support immediately. Any funds erroneously credited remain the property of ari88 and must not be wagered or withdrawn. Failure to report an erroneous credit constitutes fraudulent conduct.
6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be directed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the ari88 Account. Cross-name withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
6.2 Standard withdrawal processing times, measured from submission of a verified withdrawal request on a completed KYC account:
6.3 Withdrawal requests submitted outside Business Hours, on Indonesian national public holidays, or during Idul Fitri (Lebaran) and other major national holidays may experience extended processing times of up to 24 hours. ari88 will communicate any expected delays via the in-platform notification system.
6.4 Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts; however, withdrawals above Rp 50.000.000 (fifty million Rupiah) may require additional identity confirmation.
6.5 ari88 does not charge platform-side withdrawal fees. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply inter-bank transfer charges; these are not within ari88's control.
6.6 Funds derived from promotional offers remain subject to the wagering requirements described in Clause 7 and are not available for withdrawal until those requirements are fully met.
Note: If a withdrawal request is pending for longer than 24 hours without update, please contact the ari88 support team via live chat immediately. Do not submit a duplicate withdrawal request, as this may cause further delays.
7.1 ari88 offers a range of promotional incentives including, but not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and referral bonuses. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer. In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion.
7.2 Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering (turnover) requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The specific multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion terms (e.g., "30x bonus" means you must wager an amount equal to 30 times the bonus value before withdrawal eligibility is granted).
7.3 Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Unless otherwise stated: slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, dragon tiger) typically contribute 10%–20%; sportsbook bets contribute subject to minimum odds requirements. 7.4 Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any winnings from them will be removed from the Account without compensation.
7.5 Abuse and Exploitation: ari88 reserves the right to cancel any bonus, void any related winnings, and close the Account of any Player who, in the Company's sole discretion, is found to have exploited promotional offers in bad faith. This includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, using bonus funds to place matched bets designed to circumvent wagering requirements, and any other pattern of wagering that constitutes bonus abuse.
7.6 ari88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Modifications will not affect bonuses already credited and actively being wagered by a Player at the time of the modification.
8.1 All games and sports betting markets are provided by third-party licensed studios and data providers. The rules applicable to each game — including RTP rates, side bet rules, and win conditions — are governed by the respective studio's published game rules, which are accessible within each game interface.
8.2 Sportsbook odds are updated in real time. Odds displayed at the time a Wager is accepted are the final odds for that Wager; subsequent market movements do not affect an already-accepted bet.
8.3 In the event of a technical malfunction — including a disconnection during a live game round, a server error, or a software fault — bets affected by the malfunction may be voided at ari88's discretion. In such cases, the Wager amount will be returned to the Player's Wallet Balance. ari88 will not honour claims for winnings in respect of incomplete game rounds caused by technical faults.
8.4 ari88 does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted availability of any specific game or market. Scheduled maintenance windows, provider updates, and unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect the availability of certain titles.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ari88 platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:
Zero-tolerance policy: Any confirmed instance of the above prohibited conduct will result in permanent Account termination, forfeiture of all Wallet Balances, and cancellation of pending withdrawals. ari88 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory bodies in investigations involving fraud or financial crime.

11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of ari88.
12.1 ari88 collects and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
12.2 ari88 will never sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification services, and fraud prevention partners strictly for the purpose of providing the Platform's services.
13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ari88 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other commercial or financial losses.
13.2 ari88's aggregate liability to any individual Player for any claim arising in connection with their Account or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arises.
13.3 ari88 does not guarantee that the Platform will be free from errors, viruses, or interruptions. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ari88 makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms limits ari88's liability in cases of fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
14.1 ari88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe, and regulatory compliance requirements.
14.2 Upon termination for breach, ari88 may, in its sole discretion, withhold any Wallet Balance pending investigation. If the breach is confirmed, ari88 reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the remaining balance.
14.3 A Player may close their own Account at any time by contacting the ari88 support team via live chat. Upon a voluntary account closure request, any remaining real-money Wallet Balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be refunded to the Player's nominated bank account or e-wallet within 3–5 Business Days, subject to KYC completion.
15.1 ari88 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the in-platform notification system and/or email at least 7 days before taking effect.
15.2 Your continued use of the Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account as described in Clause 14.3.
16.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gaming regulation. ari88 operates as an internationally licensed platform serving the Indonesian market.
16.2 Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through the ari88 complaints process described in Clause 17 shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English.
16.3 Nothing in this Clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
